What we’re leading with
The work that matters right now.
Search is changing fast. These are the services I’m spending most of my time on today — the ones that actually move the needle when Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity all get a vote in whether you get found. The rest of a modern marketing stack wraps around these.

What clients say
Hired, not ranked.
The work is only interesting when it moves a real pipeline. Here is what a few of the people we’ve worked with had to say after we shipped.
“Dan and the Webfu team rebuilt our visibility from the ground up. When I search for immigration attorneys in Portland now, we're the first answer — not buried on page three. That's a real pipeline change, not a vanity metric.”
Kyle Bailey
Managing Attorney, Bailey Immigration
“I came in skeptical. Everyone selling SEO sounds the same. Dan showed me exactly what was wrong, exactly what he'd do, and then he did it. We own the local pack in Salem now and the phone has not stopped.”
Marcus Thompson
Founding Partner, Thompson Law
“We tried three agencies before Webfu. The difference was that Dan understood our franchise model, built an SEO program that actually scaled across all twelve locations, and didn't cannibalize a single market along the way.”
Jessica Chen
VP Marketing, Organic Bronze Bar

About Dan
25 years of making businesses visible online.
I founded Webfu in 1999 and spent 15 years leading e-commerce at USOutdoor.com, where search traffic paid the bills. Today I help businesses navigate AI search the same way I helped them navigate Google — with hands-on engineering, not just decks.
On the side I run BracketFrogs.com, serve in the Oregon Air National Guard, and spend a lot of time asking ChatGPT what it thinks about my clients.
